Okay I did the Start It Up routine. It is day 2.
My lord is she trying to kill us. I swear I was ready to stop half way through the 25 mins. How the heck am I suppose to continue on to the Ramp It Up at 50mins. Oh brother.
So far today I've had a slimfast shake, 1 cup of Honey Bunches of Oats with Alomnds, !/2 c of Cantalope, Pulled BBQ pork on a 100% wheat bun, 1 cup of piete baby carrots. Getting ready to have another slimfast shake (cause now i have the muchies after that workout). I'll edit in my dinner and other snacks.
3 (16 oz) glasses of water and one 16oz glass of green tea.
Edited to add: For dinner Chef made some beeftips in brown gravy with egg noodles. For snack I had some of those Quaker Oats rice cakes.
I also had another 4 glasses of water and I'm not done for the day.
I also went swimming while the kids had lessons.
